Finally at home...
Hi, everybody!
During the last months I had quite a lot to do, but still took the chance to purchase some nice little toys to play with this summer.
OK, here is what I found:
Belca Beltica w/ E.Ludwig Meritar 3.5/50
This is a rather rare version that was built right inbetween the change to the East-German production. It shows the old and the later symbol.
Kodak Retina 1a
The 1a is the basic version of the Retinas, but still it's a very nice cam that performs well.
Minox 35 GL
This is going to be my new "take-anywhere" cam, so small and still so good. Look how compact it is compared to roll of film:
All three cams are in very good and fully working condition.

I have a Beltica with a coated Tessar. A very nice pocketable camera but not really user-friendly. Enjoy yours.

Lovely set of toys.
I've hankered after one of those Minox cameras for a while (also the Kiev copies). How are they to use?

The MInox 35 and its Kiev 35 copy have very good lenses. You already know about their portability. Alas, they are somewhat unreliable shutter-wise, but when they work they are wonderful.

Great find with the Minox. I keep it's brother, the Ricoh FF-1, as a travel companion in my van.
