3 days on the road: Levis, Rimouski, and Gaspe' were/are motel stops. Perce Rock is tomorrow's destination. 2 Nikon F3 cameras (1 B+W, the other colour neg) with 28, 50, and an 80-200 zoom have been good choices so far. The Craigslist Rollei TLR didn't make it in time for the trip. The weather has been on and off rain so far, but it hasn't been bad dealing with it.

Aad, sadly no, however, considering the rainy weather Joe, it's a good thing.
Road 132 would be awesome on a bike, in dry weather!

A colleague of mine is from Gaspe & I recall her summer photos to be just beautiful! Enjoy the trip, Frank, and hope to see some photos here....

Perce' is beautiful. Google it, you'll see.
There is an interesting bi-lingual sign at the end of the wharf:
"Use the table to eviscerate your mackerel, then rinse."

I'm off to Quebec next week with my wife and kids... Hope the weather's going to get a little better
Can't wait to get there but haven't decided yet what gear to bring... Last minute decision as always I guess

Thanks Roger,
We'll have lots of fun! And we'll be one of those "maudits francais"...
As for the acadiens, I'll confess my relative ignorance
, but as half my DNA comes from basque and bearn parts, I should start doing some research!
