I broken my GS645s'd film advance lever totally. I try to make one , but I do not know exactly how many parts missed, and their shape. Could any one help me, does any one have service manual on this part? Thank you!
Here please find the photo.

All their MF cameras are considered professional equipment,
so Fuji may still stock parts. Look here for USA contact info.:
http://www.fujifilmusa.com/JSP/fuji/epartners/ServiceSupportPartsContent.jsp?dbid=673139
Camera Wiz in Virginia specializes in the repair of Fuji MF cameras.
They might have spare parts available for sale.
Contact Frank Marshman 800/471-8133; 540/434-8133.
Good luck!

Thank you,Chris!
I try the link, but can not find the GS645s in Medium Format. They just have parts for GX680 III, III S and 617.

I would give Fuji a call during regular business hours.
Often not everything is listed; you might get lucky.
Or they may know who else has those parts now...

Thanks Bob,
From photo , I can see, 1 lever and 1 screw lost. The screw is simple, but for the lever I do not know the more detail shape. There may be a trick on it or on another parts.

Suggest you contact CameraWiz to see if he has the part. He did some wonderful things to my GS645S, it works like new.

Here is the inner photo.
There is a insert clip between the shutter button and shutter, which is control by spring. The insert clip at position in the photo prevents the shutter button being pressed completely(photo 1). There must have gear or some similar moving arrow direction to pull it a bit out(photo 2).
