If you mean a photo of a president made while he was president, I think it's Polk. On the other hand, I believe that the earliest president to have his photo made was John Quincy Adams (President #6). The photo was made later in his life while he was a member of the House but no photos of his predecessors (Monroe, Madison, Jefferson, Adams or Washington) were ever made.
