Hey there, guys !
Greetings to everyone from Bulgaria ! I really find this rangefinderboard very cool and with few days only reading im having the impression that you guys really aware of what we are talkin about :) and the really worthy stuff :cool:. I just love shootin film and such gems as the GS, GT, GSN, GTN and Lynx 14 have totaly occupied my mind the last few months :bang:. Im sure you totaly know what im talkin about :D.
Im still wondering between the G's and the Lynx 14s and ill ask for you opinion here :) . Is there a big difference in the lens quality ? and how visible is it on the picture. Because ive heard the lynx 14 is more problematic and HEAVY lol.
Well thats not the basis of my thread here ... I really wanna find a good, working , tested piece to buy .. well and for a reasonable price :( .. im not really able to spend much money on such toy.. because i just dont have spare $$... Im nonstop looking at the auctions at ebay, but most of the pieces are really doubtful and since ive already recieved 2 packages ( of 3 bought ) which were not really working well - a Spotmatic II and AE-1 ( and i had to pay for repair here in bulgaria ) .. im starting to be really suspicious and pesimistic for the ebay stock. And the problem is that the price isnt really low enough to shoot blindly. I have 2 friends which bought a GT and GSN for like 10-15 euros from germany, used visible condition but its a gift. And well thats why im writing ! Please help me find a good working yashi  ! Lolz ..
Any other places except ebay ? local auctions or something lol :) or if you have a spare good working one ill be happy to buy it from someone who can confirm its condition :) .

Thanks ..

Welcome to RFF! I don't have any personal experience with dealers with Yashicas. There are a few Yashicas in the RFF Classifieds; you might have seen them. Keep a daily watch there. Maybe others will post here with more info about retailers.

I recently picked up a Lynx.14 at a local flea market, but haven't tested it as yet. It needs some major cleaning; the battery compartment looks rough, but I hopefully can make some improvements on it. And you are correct. For a 35mm RF, it is quite a hunk of camera.

Good luck.

I'm putting a Minister D up on Ebay later today, time permitting.

If you're interested in that type of oldie, drop me a pm.
