I post this one here because this app does the best SX-70 emulation I've found. Original in this case was made with the iPhone, but I've processed Leica, Hasselblad, etc photos using it to make good SX-70 prints ... and printed them as SX-70 prints using the Impossible Instant Lab too!

Nice texture!
Interesting but as a "pure" Polaroid lover I'm always confused about these applications...even when I use the Instant Lab I feel ...guilty (?) to trick the spirit of the instant photography!
But they are fun to use and can open many possibilities...thanks for posting, I'll give a try !

My interests are broad, I enjoy all of it. The Instant Lab has its place, as does the emulation app, in producing interesting photographs. Great results from the SX-70 based cameras are in no way diminished by these other photo making apparatus, if anything it is made more precious because an original SX-70 image is indeed a unique and individual physical thing, not replicable or easily reproducible, and these alternatives are calling attention to that.
I have a little project I did an aeon ago using the Instant Lab. It is five images that I printed through the device on four different versions of Impossible film (different emulsions, different paper surrounds). The repetition and subtle differences between the same image printed four times highlights the uniqueness of the medium. It has a little bit of the Andy Warhol "Marilyns" about it.
As long as one is not trying to sell the output of these alternative apparatus as the original, I see nothing wrong with it.
