Not the waist/eve level finder screens, but rather the optional GG that goes on the film back side.
I see 2 versions floating around; the 41025 and the 41050, both of which are listed as being for the SWC (for obvious reasons I suppose). These just use the standard Hasselblad V-series back mount, correct? What's the difference between the two? I need a Hassy focal-plane GG for a non-SWC-related project.

Yes it just snaps on like a film back. The folding hood as well as stove pipe and prisms fit on the back to aid in focusing as well. I had the first version but don't know the difference between the two.
