Canon LTM Heads Up: Canon Hood for 50/1.2

Canon M39 M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
Looks like it is missing the bottom ring.....I have the bottom ring I think with no hood. :)

You might want to pose a searching question or two to the seller!

I ended up buying one of Heavystar's hoods, a 55mm wide-angle. I think that will give a reasonable amount of shading, while not intruding into the viewfinder significantly. The 50/1.2 is for indoors, anyway! For $7 plus postage I thought that was a bargain.

My hood appears to be one piece, rather than hood/adapter. It's a clamp on style. This may be OK, but the pic doesn't really show the base.... very poor shot. A bidder might want to ask questions or request a better shot of connector.

If anyone needs it for comparison, I can post a shot of the real thing.

a starting price of 50 bucks...and 5 days to go.

i'm betting it goes for more than i paid for the lens!

i think i'll try one of those 55mm wide angle hoods from heavystar.
oh, wait a minute, i bought a 55mm collapsible rubber hood already.
need more ginko biloba!

i saw that one too!

it's arsenal, he/they would charge for just looking at the ad if they had a chance.

my nice rubber hood was 8.95 cdn.
i passed on the cheaper one (4.95)

joe;)

I managed to get a clamp on one like the Canon S50/T50 type but made by Elmo for $3.75. I think I will pass!

Joe,

I have a pristine original 50/1.2 hood in the original case along with 2 Auto Ups for that lens for sale right now in the 35mm Classifieds.
