Wow. Looks like it is half-frame cam indeed. I knew there was Hexar RF half-frame version called HEXAR RF 72 (super rare as well), but didn't know about Half AF. There are very few Japanese sites talking about this cam, and looks like seller's claim is about right: Only approximately 100 units were ever made according to those sites.

Given that the 72 is at least labelled as such, and there are few 'net references to this model, I have to wonder if it isn't just a hackjob like the stereo version that sometimes comes up.

I'm assuming the lens is the same regular AF's. I always forget, what was the crop factor of typical half frame?

Hmm...only half-frame Hex I ever knew of was this one:

Not that I would've put it past Konica to make to make a run of 50 or 100 Hex AFs "just because." That's just part of what made Konica so interesting.

But why mod the shoe? It looks so custom.

I'm betting that some guy in akiba had some money and free time, bought a bunch, and made his own run. Hence the sticker on the box rather than a proper (and consistent) label.

Wow. I wonder why this is called "Pro." Maybe some kind of lab work or specific office work, something like what Leica M1/MD were for? maybe this modification was something to do with that?
