Here is a photo taken recently with a Hexar Silver and Ilford XP2 Super of one of my daughters.

I am impressed with the details. The Hexar is a great camera with a sharp lens. This is not news, I know, but I wanted to state it again.

I could not find such a forum here, so i chose the one closest to it. The 35/2 lens supposedly is equal to/better than the pre-aspheric Summicron 35mm lens.
Here is another pic:

Very nice. I'm using a Hexar Silver and contemplating trying out XP2. Maybe I will now.

Very nice shots. Raid, your daughter is beautiful, but I don't you guys rubbing it in immediately after I sold my Hexar. I'm already having seller's remorse........ again, just like the last time I sold a Hexar.

Yes, we need a Konica forum even if all we do is defend the much-maligned Konica RF. Konica rools, ok?

I sold my black Hexar and kept the siler one. Now I wish I had kept both. One for B&W and one for color.

Nice shot Raid!
I too have a Hexar Silver, with a number of shots in my gallery. The last outing for this camera was back in February, on a trip to Lanzarote. Got some nice pix, all shot on Fuji Superia 100.
It's getting another outing on Sunday when I fly to the US for 3 weeks. I can't understand why I don't use it more as the quality is, as we all know, superb. I tend to use slow film to compensate for the lack of higher shutter speeds, especially in brighter, sunnier climates.
BTW what's the weather like in the US at this time. I'll be in Vegas, San Francisco and LA. Never been away so late in the year, but this time it's a special occaision as it's our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Oh! So I suppose the Hexar Sliver is appropriate then! Ha-ha!
