Can anyone provide me with the web site address for the Platinum Pro members please. Two years ago, I bought my X-Pro1 from Jacobs digital camera who went bust a while later. They had registered me with the Platinum Pro Membership but never supplied with the appropriate information. I got the vouchers for discounts of lenses etc but, as they were stamped with Jacobs digital's info, they were returned to Fuji. I'd asked them if they could be replaced for use in another PPM store but they never replied. Much later I found out about this PPM through a question raised in MyPix forum. I contacted Fuji UK many times a was promised a goodie bag and details etc but again, they didn't. Finally, I got a reply some months long after I'd email Fuji UK saying I indeed was a member and they gave me my membership number but nothing else. Again I've asked them but I still haven't received a reply and, if previous standards apply, will take many more months to answer that email. So my question is, if any of you are indeed members, can you direct me to the members web site where I can log in. I've missed out on two years servicing so far and would like to have my X-Pro1 serviced before the term runs out.

Good news: finally got my welcome pack from Fujifilm. Only two + years late but at least the service vouchers are still valid. I'll get my camera in for a service now.
