Hey guys and girls! As some of you might know, Im currently in the middle of a masters degree in science communication (majoring in natural history filmmaking) and as part of my thesis I have to make a half hour long documentary on a topic of my choice. Well in a effort to gather some publicity, both me and my film partner have decided to set up a blog to document our journey as first-time filmmakers. Feel free to drop in from time to time, we will try to update as much possible with trailers, photos and any other hijinx we deem interesting for the public! Its a fairly NZ centric documentary but the story is pretty interesting so please feel free to pass our blogsite around to anyone you think would be interested...cheers

This sounds like a very interesting subject to undertake - I still see the occasional debates about its use here in Australia.
Ironically we are using it mostly to control foxes - yet you are using it to control an animal that is sometimes one of its unintended victims here.
