Welcome, Victor. The camera you have is little known: but it cannot be too different from other cameras of its type. People here will help you if you provide pictures of it. One of the front and one of the top should be enough.

I believe this is nearly identical to the Rollei XF 35, but I'd need to see a photo to be sure.

No, this isn't the camera that I thought it was. This is a different camera.
This is the Rollei XF 35:
The camera you have is a more recent camera, judging by the Voigtlander logo.
It looks to be a plastic body camera. It has a Voigtar, which was a lower-cost triplet, and it's coupled with a rangefinder.
I don't think this has an equivalent Rollei model, so perhaps this was released after Voigtlander separated from Rollei.
I know that Balda and Voigtlander had some type of agreement that produced the Voigtlander Vito C and the Balda CE35. Perhaps, this was another product from that venture.

Mentioned (though not in any detail) here http://www.retrography.com/vf.htm
and there is an older thread here http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22792
It looks to be Japanese-made, you can still see where the inspection sticker used to be on yours, Victor.

Here's the Balda CE 35.
One thing to note is the rewind crank on this camera, compared with the rewind crank on your camera. They seem to be either similar or identical.
I would guess that this is a joint product, perhaps with Voigtlander and Balda versions available. Guess I should investigate a bit more.

I know it is a very old thread but thought I would mention the Balda CE 35 is a knockoff of the Minox ML, arguably the smallest full frame camera.
