Here is a nice FED 2f. Looks very nice and it's in the US. I would be interested but I'm addicted to strap lugs and this one is without.

If a way to carry it is the issue you can easily remove the top half of the case (one rivet to remove). I've found carrying my Soviet RF's this way handy, I drop the removable back into the half case while I'm reloading.
