Here's the airport & the motel! Want to visit?

Taken with my new Yashica Lynx 14e.
This airport is one of the last public grass strip airports in PA. It's located on top of a mountain in Cherry Springs, PA . The bus/camp is located at the bottom of the mountain.

Did you use the internal meter of the Yashica, or did you meter externally?

Brad, those are marvelously evocative pictures - you can almost hear the wind between the struts and bracing wire! All we need now is Jean Harlow scanning the stormy horizon for her man...

I just used the sunny 16 rule. I used Ilford XP-2 .
It was the 1st roll in the camera for me.
I do want to spend more time photographing this airport. The State is trying close it down. Across the street there is a field that they use for astronomy.
This mountain top is darkest or one of the darkest spots on the east coast of the US. People have been coming to area from all over the place just to look at the dark skies. http://www.upstateastro.org/stars/cssp.html
