Hmm. Voigtlander at Photokina

How about some limited edition colors?

How about some limited edition colors?

...I'd love to see Olive Green come back on the R2/3 cameras...

I'd like to see either an updated R2a to include the R2m's better points (like the VF/meter) or a regular production R2/3m.

Oh, and there's always a 24/2.5 Skopar and 24/1.9 Ultron to look forward to 😛

Filed with "Fanciful Wishing" I'd also like to see a leaf shutter bellows RF. 😉

OK Folks,

What are your guesses for what Mr. K will pull out of his magic Voigtlander Bag at Photokina in roughly two weeks ?

Stephen
While I don't know what will be pulled out of the hat, I can assume that we won't get any of the following, despite that they would be very interesting achievements:

- an image stabilized 50mm or 75mm lens
- a frame filling 8mm fish eye and viewfinder
- a Bessa-T with a full frame digital sensor in

My guess is the new 25 as well.

A new CLE would be nice.

Maybe the canned 18mm will be resurected with the M8 on the way.

hints?

RFF don't need no stinkin hints
OK, so I DID like Sierre Madre

RFF is a bright group

Stephen,
Ah - the 25-mile long Sierra Madre range. Do 25 miles hint at a 25mm lens?

David.

you know, this is going to sound weird...

How about some slight rehashes with minor improvements of their LTM lenses in M?

3/00 - bessa r
2/02 - bessa r2
9/04 - bessa r3a/r2a
3/06 - bessa r3m/r2m
9/06 - bessa r??

If I could have anything from CV, my most wanted things would be these.

A 50mm f/1 in screwmount.

A 75/1.5 in screwmount.

A 100/2 in screwmount.

All of them reasonably priced. A 50/1 in any mount at a sub-$1000 price would be an incredible thing...or even at slightly over.

I don't care about digital, but that's been established many times. I'd rather see reasonably priced speedy lenses for film cameras that are already out there.
