i have figured out the film advance, shutter setting and cocking, aperture control and scale distance, but i have NO IDEA of how to fold it.
i surely do not want to force anything. it is such a beautiful piece of craftmanship ...

Honestly, I have no idea. But on related Super Ikontas, there are tabs left and right of the lens that need to be pushed inwards into the camera. Just don't force it, press everything gently - if you hit the right spot if will fold without force.

Though not exactly your model, this manual should help.

I don't have one but looks like the struts fold at the hinge in the middle. Press down with both thumbs, it shouldn't take much pressure for them to collapse. If you need to force it, don't...
From what I've seen, Zeiss wasn't big on fancy locking mechanisms, or even finger tabs.

i figured it out: pushing inward toward the back of the camera on the rounded main joints does the trick neatly and surely. thanks guys ...
