I don’t recall reading any posts on how RFF users display and/or store their images, be it digital or film. Do you: 1) Dry-mount (or archival mount), mat, frame, and hang your images? 2) Store prints in albums, boxes, or drawers and peruse occasionally? 3) Store digitally and view on desktop, tablet, or laptop screens? 4) or all three? A corollary question: Do you or have you ever purchased prints either to display or store? i.e., from Magnum, the VII Foundation, pexels.com (free downloads) or even from fellow RFF members. I have about thirty or so images hanging on the walls of my home in either 11x14 or 16x20 aluminum section frames, and a few wood frames. Most are “semi-permanent;” in others, I rotate new images from time to time. Purchased, and/or “given away” images are likewise mounted, framed, and hung. As the years pass, I find I am less and less interested in the technical, i.e., equipment aspects of photography and more and more in the aesthetic aspects. How about you?
