I embarrassed myself today... opened the trunk on my 16 y/o Corolla and discovered
not just a monopod; but also a tripod - both of which had been completely forgotten.

Actually, I knew that I had the mono, but didn't remember where.

That made me consider how many tripods, monopods and table
top tripods I really have on hand.

OK, I'm admitting to seven. How about you?

3 broken tripods I've been meaning to get fixed...sometime...maybe not.
2 operational tripods
1 monopod

I think I have 3 table tripods.

Jeez, eh? Certainly not as many as some people, but I only really use one. Thanks for reminding me I have a problem.

I have a few tripods, but each is of a different size and weight.
In the upcoming trip,I will use a tiny table tripod for occasional long exposures inside buildings. I don't use tripods with RF cameras, but I used to regularly use with SLR cameras a Gitzo and a Slik together with two cameras for sunset shoots. The sun was setting so quickly that there was no time to switch lenses, so I had a 300mm or 500mm lens on one camera and a 80-200 zoom on the other camera.

two tripods, two mono-pods, one nodal Ninja 3 and a partridge in a pear tree. Gotta get me some Right Stuff soon cause my old large tri is git in heavy:D

Just one Manfrotto 3021 but not for RF. Used it when I had a studio setup but it is handy for sunsets, moon, fireworks, etc. with an SLR.:)

There's a Bogen 3001PRO I need a new head for (The 3047 Pan-tilt head isn't cutting it), an old Manfrotto monopod with swivel head and a no-name tabletop tripod with a cracked/bent leg... if I ever used it, I'd consider getting a new one...

Pretty sure I'm at seven too...it's kind of embarrassing not knowing the exact number...
Hey, Maybe I don't want to know...

One medium sized one that needs to be replaced as it's very worn and loose and one tiny little one that comes in useful sometimes.

Same here. Read tripod, didn't count monopods - there are six of them varying in height, weight, and locking mechanism. I use two of them all the time - at least several times a week - and occasionally the old Gitzo tripod that I've had for 20+ years. I don't use that as often as I should, because it's usually home when I need it.

Only two, both Bogens. A 3021 for 35mm & MF and a huge honking one for 810 & 1114. Really huge. Well just as I write this I realize it is three, there is a Zone VI out in the barn...

A Gitzo Traveler Ti, a Gitzo 1170, a Novoflex BasicBall and a Novoflex Microstativ. Not counting a handful of Manfrotto Modopocket mini-tripods for compact cameras.

One crappy supermarket special that was a gift... the head doesn't even stay in place when adjusting angles... needless to say, I don't use it for camera's. But I aim the large adjustment stem at about 75* up, and hang my ball cap on it. :D:p:eek::rolleyes::bang:

Oops, I answered three, but have four: 3 tripods and one monopod.

I don't have enough heads to go around, only having two of those. All of the items are big. Nothing small that would fit well on a tabletop, though I have been known to put a tripod on top of the table, and hang the camera down between the legs. Sometimes you do what ya gotta do.

Five; a Gitzo 3541LS systematic, a Benro C2680T traveler, a Gitzo 1541T traveler, a Gitzo 1228, and an old Slik S502. I'm keeping the 3541LS systematic and the Benro traveler; both awesome tripods.

Bogen 3221WN that i've had for 7 years, and a 190XB that i've had for 2.
Kirk BH-3 ballhead is on the 3221, i got it when they came out- i think it was '04.
Bogen ballhead with Kirk clamp on the 190XB. The 190 is my travel pod.

Nine, plus a monopod. All different sizes and brands, some cheap, some not. And two dolly stands for studio work, as I used to have a couple of 4x5's. The one I treasure though is my Dad's old Agfa in it's original tube box.
