HU: Black 3-lug M5 bin for $779

I noticed a black 3-lug M5 on the 'bay for $779 buy-it-now. It's from Adorama.

Looks pretty clean. Not mint, but apparently no major cosmetic damage. Just some normal wear. Good leather. Says the meter and shutter work.

I'm tempted, but I really shouldn't. One of my RFF brethren should have it.

I know. I didn't need to buy it, and yet I felt I had to. I was hoping it would be "one of us." It seemed like a good price.

Well, if you're not, you were communicating with my personal demon. Every time I checked, the M5 was still available. If a co-worker hadn't dragged me to lunch, it would have been mine. When I got back, it was gone. I was a little sad.

I've gotten the M5 bug lately. I asked about the meter, reliability and build quality, and heard nothing but good stuff. Your thread added to the allure. M5's are a bargain, compared to M6 prices. Your M5 looks nice wearing the Canon lenses (I have a couple of those also.) Do they work OK with the framelines? Where did you buy the adapters? Nice Luigi half case.

NOT a luigi -- it's a Mr. Zhou -- Youxin Ye is the semi official us person to get them from -- less than $30

He now sells them for $65 and upon ebay. I just checked.
