Sometimes, but this one doesn't feel like that. I'd be more suspicious if there was still a reserve to meet and didn't take paypal. Nope, it's an old guy selling stuff he bought new once upon a time and hasn't used in years. If I had the ~$1200 it's probably going to climb to, I'd bid on it.
