Get one off of eBay. A 43mm metal lens hood for a "standard" lens.
Ps. Not a vented hood for a rangefinder.

Good find, they are somewhat uncommon. Except for my Zuiko 100mm f3.5 that came with the Olympus hood I've bought the rest from ebay seller Heavystar. Nice hoods, well made and ribbed inside with dead black paint. For my 20mm f3.5 Pen lens they didn't have a short enough hood so I had to shorten a standard hood.
