Since our comrade Max has happily sold already his Canonet QL17 G-lll, I will endanger a bit my skin and recommend an eBay seller actually auctioning a "9 from 10" Canonet QL17 G-lll, his auction ending by May-28-06, 18:00:00 PDT:

My broad reason for doing it is that as far as my really humble QL17 GIII knowledge goes, this is a very eBay unfriendly land, me myself being victym of a smart ass fine letter poet, of the "sold as is" category. It seems to me, according to some further inquires, my non-working GIII is not the only one roaming around at eBay.
The reason why I am not bidding is that this month I have already went out of my mind & wallet with Yashica stuff from several breeds.
The reason why I dare to recommend this seller is solely based in his accurate, very accurate description of my newly arrived GSN, I purchased from him. After I added him to my favourite sellers, I glanced to what stuff he is auctioning and found no less than a GIII. (!) This seller seems to speak our language.
Only a minor reservation/advantage: when he describes his items he seems to concentrate on the functional - working side of it, not about cosmetics.
