This looks to be in M42 mount and not LTM. I have a modified LTM Tessar, and it has a longer adapter mount to make it focus correctly on a Leica.

Probably M42, made in the west after the trademark suit was over (CZ, not CZJ or Zeiss-Opton). The ring at the rear doesn't look like any kind of RF ramp which also speaks to M42 instead. Last, no auto-stopdown pin so it's a fully manual lens.
