Looks like the prices are starting to get up there...wish I could give a solid reason, other than possible M8-induced pressure on M-moung lenses having a ripple-effect on LTMs

No new news, IMO. I'll watch an occasional Rokas BIN offering to compare with other actual auctions, and these often come through lower at the end. Use the "completed listings only" search to compare past sales--there was a 35mm f/2.8 sale for just $102 yesterday.

These go up and down...ebay is not a real good way of basing prices a Canon F2.0 100mm sold on there for less than $400 the other night (I missed it cus I was on a photoshoot) 🙁 (that`s a $700+ lens)

And a very rare <EP> f1.5 50mm just sold the other night for less then $300!!!!!

It`s really who`s bidding on this stuff and if they KNOW what they are looking at, sometimes, normal stuff get stupid prices and rare stuff goes unseen....there`s good buys there and bad buys, I think prices are just driven sometime`s by unrealistic hype some lenses get, I don`t think the M8 has any influence on what vintage lenses are doing, there`s not enough of them out there to make a difference in the market, that`s another "hype" that I think has been started by some M8 owners, it`s not true, there`s enough of these lenses to go around as well, true exotic`s like the 0.95 and the f2.0 100mm will get good higher prices regardless, but the others are driven up on the ebay because there`s some desperate people out there to buy stuff, that`s all, patience is the best cure for GAS when it comes to buying stuff, it`s best to wait and shop around then to jump right on ebay for stuff, there`s some kool rarer Leica stuff that`s attainable on there sometimes, but I think the RFF`s even better to find nice gear than ebay is sometimes
