I have a canon 7 in the mail and I need a 35 lens.

I have about 100-140$ to spend. Wanna help me?

I don't know much about Canon cameras but if a Jupiter-12 is compatible then that's about the cheapest lens with these parameters...

You should be able to find a chrome Canon 35/2.8 in your budget, keep your eyes open. I think there are a couple on the bay right now.

Place a WTB ad in the classifieds.

From what I've been seeing, getting the lens you mentioned on ebay within your price range shouldn't be difficult.

the 35/ 2.8 Canon is a very nice lens, esp. the chrome one.
it produces photos with a nice look to them.
140 dollars should get you one at that auction site.

The moment I got the camera and have the money all the lenses seem to dissapear. Two days or so before I closed the deal on the camera one(canon) was sold on RFF.

Yesterday a canon 35mm 2.8 w/ finder and leather case went for 260.00. But this was a bidding war. I got the same outfit a year ago for 190.00. The finder is very nice in that it has paralax(sp?) correction. Do you need the finder? The best place to look is on the Canon Rangefinder Lens Price and Information Guide. chrome. I prfer chrome cameras(and that what I happened to find). They age more gracefully(and in my hands,fast)
