Here are the details of what I want to accomplish....
I would want to photograph the true Hero's of America, The working people and parents of this great country and other countries as well.
What would be the Dream assignment of a lifetime? Well, for me it would be the ability to go from coast to coast, corner to corner, getting the true look at American heros. The working people of America. The people who we never see or hear from. The Mom's, Dad,s and their children. Who spend their days and nights working to support their families, and make a good life for them too.
The farmers, and factory workers, the waitress at the truck stop, and the paper boy who always makes sure you have you morning paper on time. The true heros of America who are up before the sun and who work till the sun goes down. These are the true heros of life. The only people who have such great love of life that they suffer every day with the burden of others needs. These are the people that don't ask for a lighter load to carry, but instead ask for the strength to carry the load they already have.
The farmer that cannot get the dirt out of his nails, the mecaninc with bruised knuckles, the waitress with blisters on her feet, the paper boy fixing the flat tire on his bike before he delivers the morning paper. The toil of every day life that effects us all with out us even seeing it. The mailman delivering the mail in 19 degree weather.
to be able to get in my car and drive, not fly across America and show what we go thru to make this great country run smoothly on a daily basis would be the dream assignment of a lifetime. To show the people of America who makes their food, and their car, to let us all "see" why our life on this great planet is the way it is thru the hard work of others would be the greatest givt I could give to the familes of America and the world, and most importantly to our children.
