Thanks to the lockdown I am at home but I would be here otherwise...
So where were you hoping to go? Perhaps next year, who knows? It's Dieppe in France, btw.
Regards, David

30th anniversary trip to London (and maybe Dublin) sometime this fall. We'll see what happens. Never been either place before.
Congrats on the anniversary, Nick!
We had planned a road trip to Sedona Arizona for a couple weeks, but put it off a year. According to some, this (below) is the location of a spiritual vortex where one can meditate and possibly achieve insight or inspiration.

Big trip this year, Uzbekistan (September). Next year; Japan. Who knows?
Right now, a visit to the Essex coast would be nice. Maybe next week.

I used to think that if I ever had the time, I'd love to just stay home. And now, here I am!

I really hope I don't lose any more relatives before I can get back home.

How about some more pictures of where we ought to be?
That way we can enjoy someone else's holiday and ease the misery.

See if you can get ahold of a special magazine supplement to this past Sunday's New York Times -- several articles about the Silk Road, including Uzbekistan. Should whet your appetite!

Hi John - unfortunately not in this water - too shallow for the low winter temperatures.
