Someone gave me this data about 25 years ago and I just unearthed it, scanned it and put it in my Dropbox Public Folder if anyone is interested.
I see that there is a sticky on Canon Serial Numbers but some of this data might enhance that post.

I have one of these too.

Tommy Dodgens, the author, did a lot of research on Canon rangefinders back in the 1970's. He's still around, he's belongs to the Canon Historical Society on Facebook. He can be reached there, if you so desire.

Nice tips. Looking at the speeds on the slow speed dial can also be helpful in determining the exact model. If you're interested in digging a little deeper, I’d strongly recommend finding a copy of Peter Dechert’s Canon rangefinder book. There is no more thorough documentation of the numerous Canon RF models that I know of.

Edit: Ah. I see that the full document includes the slow speed data and more. Thanks for the link!
