Same here, just saw this now and completed survey.
I recall doing this in 2014, so its nice to see Ilford
taking the time to test the temperature in the film world.

Something I forgot to mention as a possible added Ilford service: an East Coast United States Ilford Lab to supplement the one on the West Coast....

Done! Sort of!
I use Ilford many years, esp chemicals!
ID-11 always clean powder compared floor sweepings from Kodak's floor.
Developer was always Rodinal orig. now mostly Kodak HC-110. Filtered.
Film again many years Ilford HP+5, and added Kentmere 400 and 100.
Trying Ilford Pan 400 (bulk) and like it!

Completed the survey but forgot to ask for 100 ft. Roll’s of 35mm unpreforated so when you slit down for 16mm you can get 2 rolls side by side and very little waste. For 9.2mm for Minox you could get 3 rolls side by side.
