Ilford XP2 and filters

I read on the interwebnet that filters affect Ilford XP2 to a greater degree than they affect 'normal' films.

Is this correct and if so should I increase the exposure a bit more with XP2 than with 'normal' films and if so, by how much?

I have yellow, yellow-green, green, orange and red filters.

Any help would be much appreciated.
