I was supposed to be on a China trip the last two weeks, but unfortunately my health has not played this game and forced me to be hospitalized in early septembre because of pulmonary embolisms (see the giant clot here in this CT shot - the light shadow in the red ellipse). No reasons for me to complain about, as it could have been much, much worse.

I'm still on sick leave and my doc has prescribed me to make long and slow walks. A very good opportunity to make photographs. So I can't offer you spectacular Long Wall or Shanghai photos, but just a collection of some pics made during my walks in and around Zürich. All shots of this album are made with the R-D1 and several lenses (including the fantastic Summilux 35/1.4 asph I received this week from our RFF fellow ralberts - this was my own "consolation gift" for my lost journey).

Hope you like it. Any comments & critiques welcome.

Take care of your health and get plenty of rest. And thanks for the link to the gallery. The 35 1.4 pics are excellent, but the 15mm are wonderful too.

Sorry to hear about the problems but it is giving you an opportunity to take many fantastic shots, thanks for sharing. I really like your style. You do very well, thanks again.

Didier,
Sorry to hear about your health problems. I wish you a speedy and full recovery. And, again, very nice photographs.
