Leica LTM Imarect viewfinder serial number

I just scored an Imarect/VIOOH viewfinder for around £20 delivered. It has a serial number 377XX. Are there any lists around to enable me to date it by the serial number?

I look forward to it arriving soon, hopefully it will not be too cloudy.

Don't know about dating by serial number, but generally the "lyre"-shaped are the first version, replaced by the straight-sided version after WW-II ?

I've just found a page on photoethnography.com that dates the Imarect/VI00H as 1940 - 1964 (the VDOM being 1933 - 1939) but unfortunately no serial number lists. So I'll just have to keep looking for a more precise date.

From the introduction date of the different types (different focal length markings) you can narrow it down a bit. But a list would be better....I haven't been able to find any lists online I'm afraid.
