Did you see the reporter with that 4x5 camera taking shots of Ambassador Taylor just before the hearings started? How utterly cool! He even stuck a dark slide in his mouth to get a close up shot, he was pressed for time.
That was the highlight of the hearings for me.

I haven't seen the photo but I'll bet on David Burnett.
Google him and his shots of the Olympics on a Speed Graphic, and other fun film stuff.

Thanks for that link. Hilarious comments. “He’s going to look more out of place at the Trump Jr impeachment.”

Wonderful!
There is a chap, Joshua Paul, who shoots formula one on a 1913 Graflex, so for a moment I thought it might be him.

Here's a story about Burdett at the hearings. There's a link at the bottom to the guy who puts these cameras together.

He also uses Holga and up to the last winter Olympics was a Canon shooter but switched to Sony.
There`s a persistent rumour that he`s the chap running and changing film in Nick Ut`s famous photograph (the uncropped version)..
He`s denied this saying that it was a stringer for UPI ,although he was there.

He famously took the shot of the Zola Budd /Mary Decker collision.

David Burnett demonstrates that a Holga really is a ‘professional’ camera.

I'd say so. When I saw that I thought what camera is that? I was pretty sure the lens was a 7 inch Ektar.
Now makes me want to get the Ektar off my anny and more inline with a view camera like his.

This is eight years old when he was shooting Canon but he explains the large format camera and why he shoots it .

Cameras. I has it.
Sweet! Had it been a fast-paced event, he could've impressed them with a Grafmatic back.

Important to document Congressional farces. A 4x5 seems fitting enough.
