I always liked simple shapes - the original Dinky Toys with an accurate , but simple casting were perfect as I could only grasp the concept of car when holding the toy .. all time favourite the Dinky Bus , a faithful replica of the LT SRT .
Later toys with opening doors etc did not work for me as I can't filter details .
I like a plain , cream interior and no pictures etc on the wall .

My 1st camera was a simple box shape, Adox Golf 1a , as is my Panasonic L1 and Fuji X-Pro 1 with discrete 27mm pancake , something I have just cottoned onto.

Most cars have curved and seemingly confusing dashboards , until I saw a new 2016 VW Beetle which has a flat , simple dash , reflecting the original .
It has a calming influence on the interior ambiance.
My Alfa 147 is a mess in comparison, with lumps and bulges .

I think that this has always been there , but age seems to highlight it somehow .

I wonder if this affects others ?
