Well-known
I don't know if this has happened to anyone , but I bought a new Fuji X-M1 without ancillaries just for the 16-50 to use on the X-Pro 1.
I did not know anything about the camera , but at @£162 versus a new lens at around £300 , it made sense to me .
I considered the plastic X-M as almost disposable ... but has just ordered a much reduced leather case for it ... quite a reversal of fortunes .
However , overall , it will not cost more than £200 , so affordable .
Having enjoyed several elements - lightness / compact / flip screen for the TLR experience / the two dials of manual exposure , together with the excellent sensor , I am seeing it as a more portable , simplified , X-Pro 1 companion .
The X-Pro / 27mm in my shoulder bag plus the X-M / 16-50 / case on a kneck strap ... maybe one for mono ...
i don't need any additional lenses .
