Rangefinder camera pedant
I posted this in the Canon forum, but since it's not exclusively a Canon topic, I thought I'd mention it here as well:
I just completed a short picture-and-text writeup about Auto-Ups, those lens-plus-prism accessories that aimed to simplify the process of shooting close-ups with a rangefinder camera. Auto-Ups were made by several camera makers and independents for a variety of camera models and lenses (I vaguely recall there was even such an attachment for the relatively recent Konica C-35) but a lot of RF photographers today aren't very familiar with them, if at all.
