I would say it looks like post war Leitz factory footage but then again the models shown are the pure Barnack Leicas, like the III, IIIa and IIIb so it very well could be a mix of pre and post war footage. Although Leitz did make some of those early models after the war too.

At 6:15 or so, guy loads a Barnack in about 6 seconds. Seems they have been doing marketing hyperbole for a long time.
