I would like to try to develop E-6 paper with my 4x5 slides. Are they still selling the paper and chemicals for this process?

I suppose you mean colour direct-reversal paper ? That would be Ilfochrome.

Availability of the paper and chemicals probably depends on your location, local shipping regulations, and of course your budget.
