found this black S3 at eBay:

Is this real?
BTW, this "camera$" guy from eBay is funny
His eBay store has 33 pages of stuff, mostly at unrealistic prices, IMHO. And his description is always the same. even for different items:
(Anyone has any experience dealing with this camera$ before? TIA for sharing.)
<<This item is in remarkable shape, everything is functioning

<<This item is in remarkable shape, everything is functioning
and in working order, clean inside and out, I would rate it a 9-9½
rangefinder window clean & clear, aligns acurately, all shutterspeeds work
leatherette is complete
Optic: glass is clean & clear, no fungus or dust, oil-free blades
This is a NICE piece, and it is priced to sell ! >>

The best camera is one that still works!
This seller crops up frequently on RFF in similar threads to this one. Somehow this one seems even more outrageous than usual though. I seem to remember a while ago he was trying to sell a white painted Kiev II as a unique collectable for some ridiculous price!

Ah yes, "famous camera source". I usually get a good laugh out of those auctions.
Think they were trying to sell a plain SRT101 for $150 or so recently...

haha.. maybe I should ask "is it for real?"
Anyway, just wondering how this camera$ could afford listing so much stuff at such $$$ (and apparently little sale). The listing fee must be quite high, don't u think?

Do the expression "....there's one born every minute." ring a bell?

Just some guy, you know?
This fellow is also selling a "rare" bakelite developing tank for almost $60. Of course, it might actually be rare, but I think F-R corporation dev tanks were once very common.
I probably shouldn't point this out, but I actually bought a Canon P from "camera$" several years ago, in my less price-savvy days. I don't recall at the moment how much I paid, but it was probably $350-$400 for a body in pretty nice condition. I figure that could have been $100 more than I would have paid on the RFF classifieds at the time, had I known about them.
Not so bad, though, and the P gave me a LOT of good shots. Didn't recoup my investment, though, but that's alright. In any case, this seller's prices seem to have gone up lately.
Cheers,
--joe.

Thats not too outrageous compared with that Arsenall mob in Germany, they would have asked 40 thousand for that camera!
