is this trouble a frame in my finder?(Leica CL)

As splitimageview has mentioned this is proper operation for an Automatic Parralax Corrected framelines. Because the frame positioning changes with distance the framelines move to compensate to give you more accurate framing. Not all rangefinder cameras have them but its a quality feature standard in most Leicas.
