Hi All,

I switched from DSLR last year and picked up an M8. I have used it a little bit since then, but not a whole lot. Over a two week trip to Japan last month I decided that I would wear my camera as much as possible - I think it's just what I needed and finally I feel comfortable with it. It's all shot with a 50mm lens, so this produced some different crops at times when most people would prefer to use a wide angle.

I also tried some different type of processing on some of these photos, most of them were just taken as I saw something interesting and stopped walking to take a shot, no elaborate setups or anything like that here.

Let me know what you think.

Cheers

I took quite a few shots at a zoo and aquarium, cropping most of those to 16:9, going for a cinematic type look...

This is the only kind of 'posed' photo (he saw me setting up for a shot and went into his pose - guess I've got to learn to shoot quicker and be sneakier.)
