Just got this in the mail and thought I would share thoughts as compared to the Leica 1.25 I have used: 1. it is smaller, doesn't stick as far off camera body; 2. seems as bright; 3. gives some advantage to focus of longer lens while still showing the 28mm frame line (just barely) 4. the built in diopter is terrific! I found the general area of focus, then went back and forth by 1/2, then 1/4 turns to hone in adjustment. The nice part is that as my eyes continue their journey of becoming weaker over time, the diopter can simply be adjusted. All in all, very pleased with this product. I have no affiliation with Japan Exposures or gain in any way on their success, just sharing info.

The 1.15 is what I want as well, I also like the variable diopter adjustment. 1.25 is too much for 28/35, 1.15 may be just right. I'll have to check them out.

Tip: try a wanted ad, as they're a pit pricey. I put one here and LUF a month or two back, and someone replied within an hour and sold me one at good price!
