I just picked up a copy of "Satellites," on several people's recommendations here. Holy moses. Instantly one of my favorite monographs ever. I love the subject matter, and the different kinds of visual distortion Bendiksen employs; his colors are intentionally bizarre at times, and he frames his subjects with refreshing eccentricity. What is he, thirty? Good God. An amazing photographer.
Anybody know what he's working on now, what he shoots on, his methodology, etc?
