Hi,
I'm new to the forum, and I have just bought a Zorki 2 rangefinder camera, and I am looking for a users manual. I understand that if you go charging in there and start playing with dials and knobs, you can actually damage the shutter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin

The single most important thing to remember is that you must wind the film before adjusting the shutter speed dial.KameraKev said:... I understand that if you go charging in there and start playing with dials and knobs, you can actually damage the shutter ...

As long as you don't force anything, you'll be fine. From playing with my Zorki 4, the worst that I think can happen is you waste a couple of shots, because the shutter sticks open and stays open as you wind it.
