Just picked up a Pen D

Very impressed. Everything seems well thought out. I'd previous sought the original Pen model due to its simplicity and clean looks, but the top mounted meter of the D is a real boon in combination with the easy to see aperture and shutter speeds. Shutter is quiet - quieter than my XA. I do miss having a rangefinder, but then again the click stop focussing (2.6ft, 4ft, 10ft, infinity) means you can have a good guess by touch.

Looking forward to seeing the first negs.

I wonder if Olympus's recent celebration/teaser campaign is going to reignite the market for the orginals?

I am unaware of this but intrigued. What are they doing?

Edit: Oh, and enjoy the Pen! My Pen D has a couple mechanical issues and is presently in pieces. I miss using that little camera.
