For you folks that don't have instagram, or just haven't heard of this account -
Kanto camera has a pretty great instagram account which is filled with photos of their repairs and repaints, and cool stuff too. Not too often you find behind-the-scenes photos from a real camera repair place.
As an example: here's a photo from them of a fixture to correctly align the framelines on a Leica:

I follow their account and love seeing the work they do.

Besides the already mentioned points there is sometimes a cool watch to be found in their photos...

Kanto Camera is such a good shop. They can do almost anything (even regrind the glass of a badly scratched lens). My M6 and 50 Summicron are being fixed up there at the moment.
