Looks great; what is the "silvering" process?

Silvering is simply acrylic paint after the covering is removed . i put a thick coat on , let it harden for a day or two and rubbed it down , allowing the black to show through .
i then diagonally brushed on a thin coat with square brush , to allow brush marks against some of the black - instant brushed aluminium from the idiot who brought you a '' nickelised '' knobs Fed 1 black Leica .
I really would not wish to try it with with the original black vinyl in place .

Both cameras look dee-lightful. The tan leather looks really smart. Well done indeed.
