I have shot this at 200 with a red 25 filter and
Think I might have overexposed slightly. What have you been shooting it at? Notice not an IR filter but a #25 red.

I usually say "400" as a good starting point. But I actually change depending on the scene. If it's a lot of foliage then I go to 1600. If it's mostly foliage than 800. If it's half/half or less, then 400.

This is all with an R25 filter as well. I have been playing with decreased-agitation ID-11 development as a way to compensate for overexposure. It's just so hard to get it right, and I don't want to bracket to much because the film is so hard to find now that it's been discontinued.

Thanks, I used to shoot alot of it and don't remember what I rated it at. I got some back from A and I and they look good but I think it could be better,

Sunny day at Noon: f11 at 1/250. This is the only EV I used, except sunny day with a building and/or half shade: f11 at 1/125. I developed for 11 minutes in HC-110h, 30 second agitation then no further agitation, 68 degrees. I used a #25 Red Filter, no ISO, EI, or meter.

I think you have the correct answer: "no ISO, no EI, no meter".

I shoot f8@1/250th w/25A but tweak that for subject luminance. But both our exposures are correct, it just depends on what we are looking for.

I normally use Dil H but for some reason use Dil B with HEI. My Dil B time is 5 mins, just about the same as your 11 mins. in Dil H. But I do agitate twice per minute.
