Kodak Portra, UC400, and 400CN

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know how Kodak's new Portra differs from UC400? The site says they both use the new grain structure, so is the only difference colour saturation?

Also, for black and white, is there any advantage to shooting 400CN compared to colour film and scanning?
